- High performance cutting machines BYSTAR 4025 and BYSTAR 4020 are used for high precision form cutting with a low cut surface heat affection of the burnts.There is the possibility of cutting small holes into strong sheets with the pulse cutting. The BYSTAR 4020 has an Integrated CNC rotation axis for tubes and profiles with a pneumatic chuck installed directly in the frame.

Material grade requirements:

- The burnts from the recommended laser material (RAEX) show in thickness over 6mm an optimal cut quality and guarantee dimension tolerances due to STN EN ISO 9013 I A.

The basic material is specified and marked within the drawings documentation which is archived. Therefore, it is additionally possible to reprint a material test certificate for the specified pieces.

General conditions:

- The burnts are delivered with a rough surface according to EN 10 163. The thickness according to EN 10 029.
- The cut surface is secured by STN EN ISO 9013, I grade. Local cut surface defects are not taken to the consideration.
- The cutting details and documentation are processed on the basis of the demanded parameters of simple shapes and stripes or drawing documentation of the burnts in PDF, DXF or DWG formats delivered by mail, fax or personally.
- The standard delivery time of materials on the stock is from 3 to 10 working days after the order has been confirmed. Express delivery orders are possible for extra charge. The delivery parity is by EXW or, when agreed otherwise, by our own transport directly to the customer.
